Ran 2 very slow marathons
Ran around 5:00 pm. Was tired and went really slow. No rain but cold about 47 degrees with a cold wind. Absolutely amazing, I ran two days in a row. Miracles never cease.
Weather: cold but no rain.
Time: 42 min. 13 sec. ....... 9 min 7 Sec average per mile.
Wasn't too bad except for going up a long hill around mile 4 near Costco.
